no i didint aply for schlorship because the deadline was
off and also the fee for my study was reasonable

Hello, I have been approved for Ph.D with full funding and i have a minor with me. So, should I file his application for F2 (that is the dependent VIsa) with me F1 application or fill it later once i get approved for F1 and then go for drop box option? I need your advise on this. your response is highly appreciated.
I mr videsh reddy mandala.I had complete be in b/w july 2001/05.My home town is hyderabad.Actually the thing is I had applied for F1 visa in bombay on nov2006 and I was redirected to chennai.There in chennai I was rejected. I am working as a Chief Account Officer. I have over 12 years of experience in accounts and finance. I have applied for the certificate in accounting which is one year course from San Diego University for Integrative Studies. The Toefl and official transcript is not required for this certificate course but the university will be taking placement english test on arrival there. The university is issuing the I-20 and acceptance letter for F1 visa. I am having a doubt that the US consulate will reject my student visa for not showing the TOEFL score and Official Transcript. Kindly let me know that the TOEFL score and the official transcript is mandatory for seeking F1 student visa. I look forward for the help.
Dear Friends. I hv a valid F1 visa till 2012. Due to family emergency I came to India in Feb 2010 and I am still in India. Recently I came to know that I have to give visa interview again because I am away from US for more than 5 months. Do I need to prepare all the visa related documents once again? and what is the chances for me to get the visa?
hhhhhhhhhhhhhhi friends ,i m rejected twice .reason for 2nd time i hae taken emergency date 2nd time. so is there any rule we have to not take emergengy once we had taken . and now i have to stand but vo told if u stand bfore 6 mont i will permanently reject u .
i am planning to have 12 month OPT period after i graduate so when the consul asks me how long do u plan to stay in USA do i say i will stay xyzmonth(program duration)+12month(opt)? or in another word do i have to take a visa period that covers both the program and the opt or i can take a visa period for the program and then extend the visa for OPT? just to make it simpler: if my program length is 2 years do i have to tell the consul to give me a 3 years visa to cover the program and the opt or i can have only 2 years visa and then extend it in USA? And does saying that i want to have OPT to the consul can be a bad point as the consul may think that i will work in USA and never come back?or i should be fine?

I will be going for an interview for Spring 2009 Semester within the next two weeks and have a small confusion any idea how to tackle it. My father died about 8 months ago and my mother who was previously a teacher is now a house wife. I have a brother studying and my uncle will be sponsoring me, How can this be justified? As the income (which is currently Property Rent + In house business + Support from my uncle) cannot be justified on paper how can I counter this.?
