an engine operates between temp of 900k and t2 and another
engine operates between t2 and 400k. for both engines to do
equal work what shuld be the value of t2? a)650 b)600 c)625
d)700 e)750. with explaination.
Answer Posted / anjan
ans; 650.
hint: both engines to do equal work.
so w1=w2
net work1= t1-t2
= 900-t2
net work2= t1-t2
= t2-400
900-t2=t2-400
1300=2t2
t2=650.
