By checking it's RESISTANCE , 100 ohm is equal to o degree Celsius.
Put in formula
R(new)=R0(1+at),
R(new)-resistance unknown temperature,
R0-resistance at 0 degree,
a-coefficient of thermal(0.00395),
t-Temperature unknown,
You got R(new) by measuring Resistance at room temperature,
you know R0-100 ohm ,then calculate that is room temperature.
