If a card punch operator can process 80 cards in half an
hour How many cards can this process in 7hr30min?

7(half an hours) *80 = 560 cards
(for 30min.we do not consider because,once the hour is
completed then we count as another half an hour.we say 30
min.for running hour).--As per the card punch operator
functionality.
As per the durability if the operator is allowed to print next
consecutive half an hours then,
add all 80 cards from each 2nd half an hour of each hour.That
makes 80+80+80+80+80+80+80=560 cards
(Expecting from the operator to work even after printing the
required cards in a given time to verify)and that is additional
30min. -80 cards.
The total cards are 560+560+80=(1120+)80.=1200
