GO TO TALLY 9 SELECT THE COMPANY AND THAN CLICK ALTF3
YOU SEE ALTER OPTION ENTER U THAN DISPLAYING COMPANY ENTER AGAIN AFTER PRESS ALT D AFTER PRESS ENTER BUTTON U DELETE THAT COMPANY
