HI. MY NAME IS MANOJ KUMAR VERMA. AND I LIVE IN WEST DELHI
AT UTTAM NAGAR. I PERSUING GRADUATION FROM DELHI UNIVERSITY
IN THE STREAM OF B.A PROGRAM. I HAVE COMPLETED MY SECOND
YEAR NOW THIS YEAR AND I PREPARED FOR THE FINAL YEARS OF
EXAM.I WOULD LIKE TO TELL U ABOUT MY FAMILY, THERE ARE FIVE
MEMBERS IN MY FAMILY, MY FATHER ,ELDER BROTHER, BROTHERS
WIFE, TWO CHILDRENS AND ME. MY FATHER IS A BUSINESS MAN.AND
MY BROTHER IS ALSO.
BPO IS AN BIG INDUSTRIES NOT A COMPANY.WHO HIRE ANOTHER
COMPANY FOR THEIR DOING WORKS. IN THE INDUSTRIES PROVIDED
TWO TYPES OF PROCESS INBOUND AND OUTBOUND. THERE ARE MANY
DIFFRENT BETWEEN EACH TOGATHER. IN THE PROCESS OF INBOUND
THE COMPANY PROVIDED THE FACILITIES OF TELECOME CUSTOMER
CARE.WHERE THE EMPLOYEE TAKE THE CUSTOMERS CALL AND SOLVE
THE QUERRYS. AND IN THE CASE OF OUTBOND PROCESS THE
EMPLOYEE DOING CALL FOR THE SALING COMPANYS PRODUCT.
WHEN I PASSING MY GRADUATION I TAKE EXPERIENCE OF BPO AND
CALL CENTRES FOR THE GROWN MY CAREER. AND I JOIN A BRIGHT
FUTURE COMPANY FOR THE SUPPORTING MY FUTURE.
