Single acting actuator is used for only one operation such
as loading the componenet only, un loading is done by
another way,but double acting actuator is used for both
loading and unloading purpose
SINGLE..........ONLY ONE OPERATION
DOUBLE...........MORE THAN ONE OPERATION (TWO)
