Maintain the attendance and leave record on daily basis,
Maintain the employees personal files as well. Meet the
management authority to taking the approval for new
policies as they are very important for any organisation.
Send the Greetings or circular as required. Interact with
all employees so that they feel good and tell you their
problem. These above duties are on daily basis. The HR Role
is very important and its very large. It can't calclualte
on finger.
