1.INSULATING OIL IS USED IN x-MER.
2.The oil should be greater than 100M Ohms resistance.
3.we can't define its BDV value, without knowing its rating.
for Example:
MINIMUM BDV in KV RATING in KV
23 KV <69
26KV <69 KV-288KV
26 KV >388KV
