After HSC, I did diploma in computer application and
technology (full time 2 years consist 4 semeseter) hence i
got admission in Bsc[IT] second year then i completed 2nd
and 3rd year and have my Bsc[IT] degree.
Now I have education like:
SSC + HSC + 2 years DIPLOMA + 2 years OF BSC[IT]
10+2+2+2=16
my question is.. am i eligible to file L1-B visa through my
company? as per the rules US needs 16 years of education or
15 years education + 3 years of experience. but i dont have
that much experience. so please let me know whether my
education can be treated as 10+2+2+2=16 YEARS?

As per my knowledge your study is not legal, because you r
only a Diploma holder not a Graduate.
first u complete Your Graduation & then Try for abroad.
OR
wait for three years of experience.

My Wife is working as Software engineer in one of the leading IT company , she already have approved L1 VISA , her company did not make use of it , we were trying to transfer her to USA directly through her company it does not seem to work , still not confirmed , now i am planning to bring my wife as depenedent(H4) to me , as i am in USA with H1 VISA , we have confusion , my wife not willing to resign until H4 is stamped , my doubt here is ,1. will a company allow to me apply for dependent VISA when she is working in a company ? 2. If they allow to process , if in case H4 is stamped ,she did not resign from job , if her company agrees to send her to USA using the same old company;s L1 , is it valid after getting H4 stamped ?
I was passed in 2007.did lectureship in engineering college for 2.5 yrs then did one professional course in 2010.from there i got placed to MNC now having 1.5yr of exp in software.Now my company wants to file L1 B visa for me.As dis visa is meant for people with specialized knowledge.Is this 3.5 yr of gap after my education and job will be reason for my L1 rejection.Do the visa officer check every educational certificate thoughrouly.I cant mention lectureship as my previous employer also.plz help I have my visa interview is on next week.

My L1 Blanket petition got rejected stating the Reason - Not clearly approvable. The option that they have selected on the blue form is : Your blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 (I) (ii) (D ) and INA 101 (a) (15) (L). You may not reapply using the same petition, but may reapply as the beneficiary of an approved individual petition. Can someone suggest me what should be my next approach . What type of visa should i reapply for ?
My H1 visa was filed through US employer in April 2008. After one month (in may 2008), my current employer in India initiated the L1 Blanket visa processing and i got the visa in September 2008. I went to US and worked there on L1 visa for one month and returned to India. In November 2008, i have attended the H1 visa interview as it got picked in lottary. During that interview, visa officer cancelled my L1 visa and put a query on H1. But i failed to submit the required docs by November 2009 as my US employer didn't provide them. Now the same employer in India initiated L1 blaket visa and the interview is schedled in next week. Could anyone share any information that would help me to give my best in the coming interview?? My L1 Blanket rejected in Aug 2014 . My company filed for L1 individual petition at Vermont service center and got RFE and then rejected on Oct 2014.
