Mohammed, you are right. But the coversion factor is wrong.
From Cu.m to Cu.f should be 1 cu.m = 35.314 Cu.f then...
50 Kgs bag contains 0.0347 Cu.m of cement
0.0347*35.314 = 1.22 Cu.f cement
