I applied for spring and my visa appointment date is on 10th
jan 2011,but the problem is my joining date is on 6th jan
and i got permission from the university for only 2days.how
could i convice vo regarding this plzz help me out....

it is not necessary that you should have
extension.....sometime they r giving visa bcz yr school is
already start......so don worry just don 4get to take that
extension of 2days.....

I got the visa based on my admission in a university in Texas. That means that it is mentioned in my passport (visa page). Can i get entry into US from any other state other than Texas.i intend to go to my sis's place from where i will go to my university. My travel agent told i will not be allowed. I have applied for f-1 visa on may 18th ,i have not yet recieved my 4-2 results but till now i have an aggregate of 74.33% and no backlogs ,so can i attend the visa appointment without my 4-2 results ,and by just producing the completion certificate

The place where I live is not covered by DHL.So in order to get an expedite delivery of the SEVIS receipt I ordered the delivery to the address of one of my friends.Everywhere else however a different address(the one mentioned in my passport)is however mentioned.Can this fact affect my chances of getting a F1 VISA?
