why after termination of HT cable armoured earth connected
one end, why not connect other end.pls tell me correct
answer.

Practically The earthing resistance of two pits at different location cannot be same hence if you will connect cable Armour at both the end, close loop will be created and leakage current will flow which is harmful to the device.
