PLC is a Programmable logic device which is connected to the field instruments for controlling and monitoring using certain languages like LADDER LOGIC, FUNCTIONAL BLOCK, STRUCTURED TEXT, INSTRUCTION LIST, SEQUENTIAL FLOW CHARTS.
