In relation to Accounts Receivable accountant is required to
prepare voucher along with necessary invoice recognizing the
fact that the amount receivable from the debtor & than
passing entry in tally. Maintaining a summary of receivables
in terms of period i.e from how long receivables are
outstanding.Taking follow up actions for recovery/collection
of dues. Ensuring that recovery is made in time.
In case amt is received than preparing voucher for cash
received & passing entry & depositing Cheque in Co's bank
(If received in cash)& handing over the cash if received in
cash.
