i got rejected on dec 8th first,,dey said income source n
all that,,,,,,,,,,,,,,when everything was well enough,,and
again today on dec 17th..i got rejected..that guy said
student intent to study is not seen, what on earth am i to
do?...and i have again tried my luck for the last time. its
on dec 29th..anyone please can help me with this?
if i was not intended to study why would i be trying and trying/

listen to me,
spring 2011 have seen disaster visa rejection. if u really
wanna get through, jus get offer letter from ur relative who
owns a company. n tell officer u wanna work n expand his
business back in india. this is the only key if for this
season. i was rejected twice. forget abt me stanford n
carnegi mellon ppl were rejected.

I HAVE APPLIED FOR US STUDENT VISA IN DECEMEBR 16. I GOT REJECTION. NOW I AM GOING TO APPLY SECOND TIME IN FEBRUARY. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THESE QUESTIONS. 1) HOW MUCH FINANCE I HAVE TO SHOW? 2) WHAT SHOULD I SAY WHEN THEY ASK ME THAT WHAT HAVE YOU MADE NEW CHANGES AFTER VISA REJECTION? 3) WHY HAVE YOU CHANGED YOUR UNIVERSITY? 4) ACTUALLY I HAVE TAKEN PRACTICAL TRAINING AND NOT REAL WORK EXPERIENCE. I am having 10 backlogs during my B.Tech degree and had cleared within time with an cgpa 6.16. If Vo asks the no. of backlogs can it affect on the visa plz guide me.
Am I gonna face some problems with VO, as I have some backlogs during my engineering, but I completed it within 4 years with 65% aggregate. My GRE score is 1320 and TOEFL score is 95. Please also tell me the exact way to count the backlogs.

I had 5 backlogs and i said i had 3 backlogs.lied to visa officer about the backlogs.luck was not on my side he asked my marks sheet and he came to know that there are 5 backlogs and he asked me...i explained him that according to our university we can takeoff 2 subjects which is true and vo is slightly convinced but not sure he continued interview ...should there be any problem if i apply second time.
I am currently working with well known US based MNC since last 3 years but I want to pursue my masters. I have got an admit from MST,rolla (US) for this fall semester and I am planning to appear visa interview this monthend. My doubts are, 1) What questions would VO ask me? 2)I was rejected a business visa (B1) in april '11 (first rejection) will it affect F1 visa? 3)what if F1 visa got rejected this time? can i reapply immediately? 4)what are the rules if US visa got rejected twice? The place where I live is not covered by DHL.So in order to get an expedite delivery of the SEVIS receipt I ordered the delivery to the address of one of my friends.Everywhere else however a different address(the one mentioned in my passport)is however mentioned.Can this fact affect my chances of getting a F1 VISA?
