I believe that agile development is more a philosophy then
a software development terminology. It revolves around two
things a) better communication among developers, testers
and client for a common objective i.e. iterative
development of software. B) giving importance to the
feedback of client, developers, testers and all stake
holders. Go for agile development if there is a frequent
business change due to any business opportunity round the
corner and you want the working software at very less
turnaround time after telling your requirement to a
software development company. For more information on it
mail me at himanshu.manchanda@yahoo.co.in. I will give you
my personal mobile number and we can discuss it further. If
the project is small better go to agile development, for
example, commerce and telecommunication domain projects can
for it. But I do not recommend it for Medical and Space
projects.
