market it can be called as Marketing Strategy.

I am JK based trader want to supply material JK govt buying from punjab based manufacture cum supplier. I also had submitted C form to punjab based manufacture cum supplier in advance. I shall sell the entire material to JK Govt on my invoice billing. Am I entitled to get E-1 Form from Punjab based manufacture cum supplier?
