gates/area to implement.3) They are immune to glitches.4)
They are slower.5)95% OF SEMICONDUCTOR COMPANIES PREFER
FLIP FLOPS.
Latches:
1)It is an level trigerrinf decics.2)Requires less no of
gates to implement.3)They are sensitive to glitches.4)They
are faster.6) IBM Prefers latches INSTEAD OF FLIPFLOPS
