I have a GRE score of 1210 and a TOEFL iBT score of 114. I
had applied to just one University for the spring 2011
intake. I received an I 20 from the University. It is the
Missouri University of Science and Technology. Whay are my
chances of fairing in the interview. Would my scores be
considered low??

NO...you have very good scores in GRE and as well as in
TOEFL..no need to bothour about them...but there is a
chance to ask the question like why did u applied for only
one college even though u are having better scores is there
any specific reason???

Why are your GRE/ TOEFL scores low?
I will be going for an interview for Spring 2009 Semester within the next two weeks and have a small confusion any idea how to tackle it. My father died about 8 months ago and my mother who was previously a teacher is now a house wife. I have a brother studying and my uncle will be sponsoring me, How can this be justified? I have a very serious problem.in my passport my name is like First name-Nakul Middle name-Kumar.There is no Last name as my father also doesnt keep one.Now one university is asking for Last name to be written else get a new passport(which is not at all a good option) for I20.The second option they gave is that to keep First name as FNU (First Name unknown) and Last name as "Nakul Kumar".This option will create serious problems in VISA interview.Kindly suggest what should I do.I got admit from this university and its required for I20.Please help.
