i want to estabilish an loss energy storage system,such that
it can store electricity lost during the transmission of
electricity in conductor,so that this system stores energy
lost during transmission and supply it to street lights
during night

1) MY dear friend , if you are qualified electrical , you must know that the losses are NOT due to transmission the losses are due to conductor resistance,If you can make the conductor resistance 0, there will be no loss during transmission
