cosine of angle between voltage and current..is also said to
be power factor..
decrease in power factor leads to increase in the
electricity bill..so therefore the loads having almost
nearer powerfactor to unity are more advantageous..

But what is the suitable/allowable setting for the above protection which will be safe for the equipment?
