i went to attend interview for dell.that is for customer
care.n they asked y u want to join dell.i couldnt give the
ans.so what ans should i give them.

For people who have felt into a state of deterioration
condition they should answer that working in dell would
give them better experience in learning and lead them to
success if oppurtunity is given they should say that they
would render their work satisfactorially and it would be
very helpful to them to solve thier family problems also,
foe ordinary people its not like if u describe the company
u will be selected.
you should have some knowledge about the company and
moreover u have make them think you are eligible to work in
their company.GOOD LUCK...:)

Hi, this is Alaguraja working for a KPO sector. recently i got a offer from TCS E-Serve with good hike after all my formalities done the HR called me and said that I have to join within 10 days though she knows that I have to be in notice period (30 days) in my company where there is no compromise in that. I asked her that will you relieve your employee if there is any requirement from your side. But she simply said, "I don't know" you speak with your HR and confirm whether you can join or not.......
