why cant we use earth as neutral at home whereas neutral is
actually grounded at transformer end?

if we use earth as neutral ,it will not be possible to
measure the power consumed by the household or establishment
because there will be no returning path for the current
through the neutral which is grounded at the
transformer.power is delivered from the transformer ,so to
measure the power consumed there should be a closed path
