Wat is the best to use in a generator a 6.5kva or a 7 kw

I agreed that Generator rating is always noted in KVA. From
the question, 6.5 KVA Generator can run for 5.20 KW only
which less than 7 KW. So 7KW (8.75 KVA) DG set is better.
