How to convert n/mm2 in to kg/cm2?
Answer Posted / arup kumar debnath
9.807N=1kg ( as acc. of gravity=9.807m/sec2)
1cm2=100mm2
1kg/cm2 = 9.807/100 N/mm2=0.09807N/mm2
i.e. 1N/mm2 = 10.19679821kg/1cm2 (approx. 10 kg/1cm2)
expl.: 32N/mm2 = 32 X 10.19679821 = 326.2975427kg/1cm2
