fuse is calculating with fuse factor, for example,
if u want to protect one equipment, that equipment taking 10 amps, if u put 10 amps fuse, that fuse will operate in 14.5 amps 4 hrs continues running, fuse factor is 1.45, fuse operating current = 1.45(fuse factor)*10(fuse rating). that means 14.5A 4hrs continues running. this is from IEC (INTERNATIONAL ELECTRO TECHNICAL COMMISSION)
