I attended H1B interview at Hyderabad consulate on
30/04/2009. I have been handed over with a 221G white form
and asked to provide more documents from petetioner. The VO
also held my original Educational documents with him. Will
this be a problem ? I hold my post graduate degree from
National Institute of Technology, Warangal.

Hi,
I feel it does not make any sense giving reply to your
question by now, but just I would like to inform you that I
too from same collage-NIT Warangal as post graduate from
Physics Dept. I got an oppertunity to work for US based
company, and my I129 has been approved, fix the appointment
with US Consulate - Hyderabad on 17th Nov 2010.
Could you open your details and post your experience with
US Consulate. I hope you have successfully done it and
might have settled in US.
Please provide your details.

hi, i got my h1b in april 2006 and worked in usa until 2008. in nov 2008 i returned india and then back in jan 2010 i applied for tourist visa to usa. i got tourist visa approved but my old h1b visa had a stamped saying "cancelled without prejudice". now if i want to reapply for h1b do i fall in quota of 2006 or 2010? please advise at the soonest thanks

Hi All, I have attended for H1B yesterday in chennai consulate. Interviewer was not happy with the project desc and asked for more documents mostly abt company profile and complete desc.she asked me to drop them in the drop box in hyderabad consulate.but she said not to drop the passport. can anyone let me know what happens next. shall i consider it as lost as she didnt asked for passport? or after checking the documents will i be asked to appear again if she is ok with the docs? or how is it gonna be? I went for an interview for H-1b visa stamping the visa officer was not satisfied with the doc and asked me to get list of employees, their sal, position and income tax papers. After a week I went back with all those doc, agin she has asked me to get unemploymentwagereport.My company is not ready to give to the report? Is there any other way to get visa stamping done... as I might loose my job .....Is there any other alternate paper that could help me with that....????Plzzzz help me if anyone knows abt it.
