i wont say its a standard but we have to follow certain
steps or thing to keep in mind while developing a mobile
application.
3 things are very important in mobile application
1. resolution
2. size
3. user interface
resolution: resoultion is very important while developing a
mobile application because each mobile have different screen
size in nature so your appliaction should fit in all the mobile.
size: the size of your application should in minimum size
because we have only a limited space in mobile.
user interface: if you develop a ui application it such work
well in all the mobiles.
