bpo is business process outsourcing. basically bpo's are of
two types International and Domestic. Working in Bpo's
again of two types Inbound and Out Bound. In Inbound we
receives the call of customers and business partners and in
Outbound we make calls to customers and business partners.
(it is enough for asnswer if HR asks in detail)
then in International Process calls can come and from any
country but in Inbund call will come from the particular
country.
take an example if you are in India and call comes only
from India so it is Domestic call center and if call are
coming from out of India so it is International Call center.
