Sales-Direct Cost = Contribution i.e. Rs.100000/-
Fixed Cost x present Sales / Contribution, or
Fixed Cost / PV Ratio (i.e. 33.33%)
PV Ratio = Contribution / Present Sales.

Why in a cash book receipts are debited while the same if received in our books recepits are credited. Why does cash book have a rule to debit receipts and credit payments.
