1. The CR or FIX is done as per the business rule and unit
tested then the build can be assigned to the QA team.
2. Assigning the build to the tester is from DEV lead to QA lead
3. In general there are lot of build management tools to get
the latest build files. But it will vary based on client/project
Ex: WINCVS
