A share is a Share in the share capital of the company and
a share holder is the owner of the company, shares are
entitled to devidend subjected to the profits
whereas a debenture is an instrument (DEBT+VENTURE) which
acknowledges the company's debt, and a debenture holder is
not owner of the company but creditor of the company,
debenture are entitled to the fixed rate of interest
irrespective of the profits.
