Amalgamation refers to the Combination of two or more
Companies into new Comapany.

EX:-"A" Comapany and "B" Company merged together to
form "C" Company.

Amalgamation are of two types

1)Amalgamation in the nature of Merger
2)Amalgamation in the nature of Purchase
