Op-amp has two input terminals one is inverting and other
one is non inverting.when the Op-amp is used with -ve
feedback its -ve terminal follows +ve terminal and both
terminals are considered to be at same potential which is
called as virtual short.
If +ve terminal is at ground potential then -ve terminal is
also considered to be at ground potential which is called as
virtual ground.
