transformer neutral is not grounded, Neutral is not used
but transformer is provided with neutral.

In princible two things may happen during fault condition
or unballance loading:
1- No earth fault protection will be operated.
2- Any Phase/ Neutral voltage could reach the value of
Phase/ Phase voltage in magnitude.
