Hello, im living in the philippines, I have a close relative in UK, she's working in uk for almost 20yrs, and she already have her british passport. This refers to the travel of my son in denmark in which his connecting flight from manila to hongkong then london lastly to denmark. my question is, do we need to secure a transit visa from your office as per advice from the staff of denmark embassy in manila, if so, what are the pertinent documents to be submitted in order for my son and my wife to travel without any delay. I have recently got married, and my husband is on Tier (1) General from October 2007. I have mistaken submitted a form VAF-4A (settlement visa) instead of VAF-10 (Tier 1 DAependant). I filled the application online, and since am not planning to work, so i choose settlement rather the work in the type of visa section. I have submitted my application on the 3rd of August in Cairo, Egypt, and it has just arrived the visa section yesterday. Can you please let me know what can be done? Can I fill another application form, and submit it at the visa section or do i have to apply from scratch and pay the whole fees again?

I had an application in one of the agency in UK through online the Croydon-jobs.com or apply@londonjobsonline.com and they said they got an employer for me but they don't mentioned the name of the employer,they ask me to submit tne ff.requirements 1.Personal Identification Number 2.Curriculum Vitae 3.Application form for obtaining work permit 4.Motivation letter and they said all these requirements should only be done by the authorize agency in UK in completing this documents. Are these the required documents interring in UK. The documentation agency name registration-service ask for a fee of 33 euro, are this legal agency in UK?
