share is a capital of a company, a company cannot get its
full investment by itself, it needs some help from others
so the companies are issuing shares to public. It is a
finite number of equal portions in the capital of a
company. the persons who own shares are called
shareholders. By issuing shares Company will get capital
from shareholders. when u buy a share in a company u become
a join owner of the business.
