The branch of physics which deals with electrically charged carries in a semi conductor is known as ELECTRONICS.
Most of the electronics items deals with dc supply only means with zero frequncy they can operate., and operatd with low voltage levels.,,
ELECTRICAL Itams need high voltages with frequncy., and the flow of electrons is calld the current....!
