What is the difference between radar and ultrasonic level
transmitter? Which method is best and more accurate?

Radar uses microwaves to find the target parameters.
Ultrasonic uses sound waves to find the target.
Radar is best suited for the targets in air, on ground.
Ultrasonic transmitter is best suited for under water
targets.both uses the same principle ( i.e transmitting
signals and receiving the echos).sonar transmitter has more
noise compared to radar. radar find more applications.
