How can update edit control data of an executing
application from other application?

To get/set the data of edit control of another running
application you need to get the control ID of the edit
control.This can be obtained by using the "spy++" tool of
visula studio tools.Then use PostMessage to send WM_SETTEXT
meesage to it.
