the purpose of antipumping rly is to prevent closing of CB
when its already closed.the CB's have auxillary contact NO and
closes when CB is closed and thus energises antipumping...
antipumping has conatcts in series with closing coil of CB,
its NC n thus opens when energised.......cutting power supply
to closing coil.......
