What is the practical difference Speed and Torque?

Answer Posted / hemant babu

torque is initiation of speed so torque is to overcome the
resistances(friction, rolling,air,gradiation,wind etc).it
results in acceleration of the vehicle(pickup)
and speed is the rate of distance covered by the vehicle.
on the other way out we have
torque= M*G*m(mass*gravity*meter)
= Nm(newton meter)
speed= distance(km)/time(hr)
so,
torque is time independent.
