the tram GP refer to gross profit which arrive after
deducting direct exp and opening stock from sale and closing
stock.
EPS stand for earning per share we can arrived at
Earning available for equity shareholder/NO. of equity share
Merger means combination of two firm where one firm exist as
legal entity
Aquisition mean where one company aquire other compant
Amalgamation means two company merge in each other and
establish new company i.e liquidation of two company and
formation of one new company
Liquidity means availablelity of cash to the company to
fullfil their obligation
portfolio refer to combination of security in order to
minimize the risk
