Magnetic field.But why not Transformer?

in 3 phase balance supply for generation of rotating
magnetic flux, the machanical and electrical angle should
be same but in 3-phase tranformer it does not happens.

What fomula is used to calculate: 1. rated frequency withstand voltage, and 2. rated lightning impulse withstand voltage.
