so many factors to consider for ug cable laying.firstly the
depth to wch cable should be laid ,it may vary with the
company priciples but not less than 1.2m
then over the cable should be filled with pure sand and over
the sand the protective slabs to be placed.the feeder name
should be indicated on the cable with yello paint.
some places where we cant make enough depth we use HDPE(high
density poly ethylene)pipes.through that pipe we lay the
cable.(depth 50-80cm)
when we lay cable on bridges we cant make depth ,here we can
use GI(galvanized iron)pipes.
