In Account Reconciliation, opening balance and closing will
be tied up by way of showing reconciling items.In the other
way,it cn also be said that the movement of transactions
for a particular months will be tied up with the closing
balance shown in GL.
However, Rollforward is nothing but the open items which
are carried over from the previous month(s)which need to be
analysed and set right. On the other hand, Open items are
the items which are found in the current reconciliation for
which the reason to be ascertained and resolved.
