HOw to judge a person for a team if you are allowed to ask
only 2 questions to him?

Its really very tough to judge a person asking only 2
questions but if you dont have choice, you may ask him/her
1. Tell me about yourself including family background,
professional qualification, skil set and work experience.
2. Ask any logical question.
Its my opinion, Different people may have different
anwsers. So please post your answers.
