L = SLAB LENGTH - 2(SIDE COVER) +2(HOOK LENGTH) +ADDITIONAL LENGTH DUE TO BENT UP
=SLAB LENGTH -2(40-50mm) +2(9 Dia of bar)+2(0.42d)
d=slab thickneess -top cover-bottom cover
