why electric shock due to dc is dangerous than that of ac
Answer Posted / tahir saifi
BEST ANSWER ..both a.c and d.c are dangerous..but the chances of being safe is more in case of a.c..because a.c is flowing with pulsating means current flows in
positive cylce and negative cycle. when ever positive cycle
complete , alternating currrent come to zero value and if a person is strong enough to pull his hand then only he can be safe other wise he may die because of heart faliure.. but in case of d.c ..d.c attracts the person and repel after it absorb all the blood of his body..
...if we have low voltage a.c as well as d.c then a.c is more dangerous..because a.c frequency 50/sec and 3000/mint but heart beat is 72/mint so a.c can cause heart failure
.. but such a low level d.c is not strong enough to attract a person with vry high force, a person is strong enough to ovr come this force
